The Jaguar class at the Hunsrück Primary School was active in climate protection this year!
During the autumn holidays the children paid attention to their means of transport and got a smiley/Green Footprint for every climate-friendly way.

Back at school they analysed how the children moved on:

14 children have used the plane, car or taxi
20 travelled by bus, train or subway
13 rode a bicycle or scooter and
17 were also on foot.

The pupils have thought about what they are already doing to protect the climate in everyday life, and that's quite a lot:
They use lunch boxes instead of plastic bags, don't waste paper towels drying their hands, wash their hands with cold water and use the back of printed paper.

They have also carried out a recycling project - using old magazines to make great decorations for Christmas. In addition, they had a bee and a plastic project and paid more attention to waste separation.

They want the politicians to fly less, drive cars less and but in return use train more often and use the back of already printed paper for speeches to save paper.

A really successful project phase with lots of great and creative ideas! Congratulations on the great 401 Green Footprints!
